Julio quickly identified the two issues that were preventing my natural gas grille from performing. I had twice paid my plumber to set up the gas. I had paid an assehmbly company to take the grille from the manufacturer and prepare it for working. When it failed to work, I twice tried the “on line” support and twice did everything they suggested to get my (brand new) grill working. All to no avail and to serious amounts of frustration. The on line repair suggestions might have made sense…though my confidence was low. Finally, I had to find a “real professional” to diagnose the problem and create a resolution. Julio was beyond polite, very calm, and also comforting. He disassembled the gas piping. Then, it was a simple matter to depart, get the parts, complete the repair and to make what should have been a slam dunk work. I HIGHLY recommend Julio and Texas Grille Master’s. Julio and his team did an absolutely incredible job cleaning and rehabbing my > 10 year old Weber Spirit grill. They spent about 4 hours breaking it down, replacing old parts (burners, electronic ignition, etc), and making the interior and exterior look like new (I wish I had snapped a before picture -- suffice it to say I was blown away by how nice it turned out). Since they did the work in mid June it's been like having a brand new grill. I grill 3-4 x per week and noticed an immediate difference in temperature/cooking evenness and overall performance. Now I just have to be disciplined and do light cleaning every one to two months so I don't let it fall into complete disrepair again :) I'm really happy with the job they did and also happy to resist the urge to buy the latest/greatest new grill. This grill has a new lease on life and I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend!
